Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of 100nairaad.lol (the “Service”), including our public leaderboards, checkout, category rankings, dashboard, and related services. By accessing the Service, submitting a URL or @handle, or making a payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Operator & Overview of the Service

100nairaad.lol is a self-serve, pay-to-rank public advertising leaderboard. Users may pay in Nigerian Naira (₦) to list a product, service website, or X/social profile and occupy a rank determined strictly by the amount paid, as outlined in our Rules.

Listings are paid advertisements and do not constitute endorsements, certifications, reviews, or editorial rankings by us. A paid bid grants rank placement at the position that amount commands at the time payment is confirmed. It does not guarantee specific traffic, click volumes, conversions, or fixed durations at any rank.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. If you are claiming a listing on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the requisite authority to bind that entity.

3. Payments & Currency

All payments on 100nairaad.lol are denominated in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and securely processed through Paystack. We do not store credit card numbers or banking secrets on our servers.

Ranks are assigned and updated live automatically as soon as Paystack confirms payment verification.

4. Strict No-Refund Policy

Because ranking placement and digital advertising visibility are fulfilled immediately upon payment confirmation:

• All payments are final and non-refundable.
• Being outbid by a competitor does not qualify for a refund.
• Lower click-through rates or visitor volumes than anticipated do not qualify for a refund.
• Removal of listings that violate these Terms or applicable laws does not entitle you to a refund.

5. User Representations & Warranties

By submitting a listing or payment, you warrant and represent that:

• You own or are authorized to promote the submitted website, product, or @handle.
• Your destination website and business operate lawfully in compliance with all relevant regulations.
• You are not impersonating another brand or maliciously claiming ranks for competitors.
• The destination contains no malware, scams, deceptive practices, or phishing content.

6. Prohibited Content & Abuse

You may not list or promote:

• Illegal goods, fraudulent schemes, or deceptive financial scams.
• Sexually explicit, pornographic, or non-consensual content.
• Content that infringes third-party intellectual property or copyright.
• Automated bot traffic, click manipulation, or unauthorized scraping of the platform.

7. Right to Moderate and Remove Listings

We reserve the full right to edit, re-categorize, hide, or permanently delete any listing that violates these Terms, infringes on third-party rights, or poses security or reputational risks, without notice or refund obligation.

8. Third-Party Marks & Fair Use

To populate the leaderboard, the Service displays publicly available metadata (such as brand names, favicons, logos, and public X avatars) solely to identify where a sponsored ranking links. This use constitutes nominative fair use and does not imply sponsorship or affiliation.

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific listing in dispute.
