There are no black-box algorithms, ad auctions, or editorial preferences. Every category on 100nairaad.lol is ordered strictly by one metric: the highest active bid in Nigerian Naira (₦).
The highest payer gets the #1 Spotlight. The second highest gets #2, the third gets #3, and so forth down the list.

Minimum Starting Bid

Anyone can enter any category starting from ₦100.
Tiered Outbid Bump
₦20 / ₦200 / ₦2,000
Fixed tiered increments based on current bid level. Bidders can always bid higher.
How the tiered increments work:
- Below ₦1,000 → minimum outbid bump is +₦20 (e.g. ₦100 → ₦120, ₦500 → ₦520)
- ₦1,000 to ₦9,999 → minimum outbid bump is +₦200 (e.g. ₦1,000 → ₦1,200, ₦5,000 → ₦5,200)
- ₦10,000 and above → minimum outbid bump is +₦2,000 (e.g. ₦10,000 → ₦12,000, ₦50,000 → ₦52,000)
* Note: These are only the minimum required bumps—you are always welcome to bid any higher amount to jump further ahead!

- Deceptive financial schemes, scams, phishing, and malware
- Illegal drugs, weapons, or unlicensed services
- Impersonating trademarks or rival brands without authorization
